Our Vision
Our journey began with a vision: to create a safe and supportive space for individuals seeking healing, connection, and joy through sobriety. We set out to build a community centered on holistic healing, welcoming those who are sober, sober-curious, or simply desiring a sober break.
Our retreats are designed to be transformative yet uplifting, offering a fun and friendly atmosphere. We carefully select luxury accommodations in beautiful destinations, providing the perfect backdrop for your journey toward wellness and self-discovery.

The Team
Our team members are on their own sober journeys, fostering a supportive community for all. We are a dedicated group of professionals, including skilled therapists, holistic practitioners, and passionate cooks.
Each member brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to supporting your individual well-being.
Since our inception, we’ve witnessed our community members grow, heal, and rediscover joy on their journeys.
Our commitment to holistic practices and a supportive, fun environment continues to guide our mission, promoting healing and spiritual growth.
Raluca: Founder of Sober Haven
Sober Haven was born from the personal journey of our founder, Raluca, whose path to sobriety ignited a deep passion for helping others achieve and maintain a sober lifestyle. Recognizing the profound impact that a supportive and holistic environment can have on recovery, Raluca envisioned a sanctuary where individuals could find healing, connection, and empowerment on their own paths to sobriety.
"My background in holistic practices has been instrumental in shaping my approach to recovery and I have seen firsthand how these practices can support and enhance the recovery process.
I believe in the importance of a supportive community—a 'soul family'—where individuals can connect on a deep, spiritual level, fostering mutual growth and understanding. Such connections are vital for healing and spiritual development.
My core beliefs are rooted in the understanding that true healing comes from addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
I have found that spiritual growth is essential to creating a meaningful and fulfilling life."
