Return to the Body is an intimate somatic retreat created for a maximum of just 5 participants, offering a deeply personal experience within the warmth and connection of a small group.
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise and pace of everyday life, slow down and reconnect with yourself through the body.
Across the retreat, we explore the connection between body, mind, emotions, breath, energy and awareness, using a carefully curated combination of somatic practices, movement, yoga, meditation, breathwork, nervous system practices and deeper bodywork.
